Worship

• The life of our faith community is centered in weekly, faithful worship of God.
• Come as you are – everyone is welcome!
• We gather for worship in the main sanctuary of the church on Saturday evenings at 5 pm and Sunday Mornings at 9:30 am

Baptisms

Baptism is a sacrament in the Lutheran tradition.
Baptisms take place during our worship services since in Baptism an individual becomes part of the body of Christ, which is the church.
If you would like more information about Baptism at St Mark, please call the church office. A meeting with the pastor before the Baptism is scheduled is required.

Weddings

If you are interested in getting married at St Mark, you are invited to call the church office at 563-322-5318. A meeting with the pastor is required before a date is set.

Funerals

Please contact the church office or pastor directly before deciding the funeral date, time, and location to ensure the availability of the pastoral officiant and the sanctuary. The pastor will meet with the family to offer comfort and to plan the funeral service.
