“What does the Lord require of you but to seek justice, love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”  Micah 6:8

Disciples are forced out into the world to address the hurts of others with the power of God’s love and compassion. 

Please recall the following promise each of our made on our confirmation day:

I have made public profession of my faith and I (with God’s help and guidance) intend to continue in the covenant God made with me in Holy Baptism to live among God’s faithful people; to hear his Word and share in his supper, to proclaim the good news of God in Christ through word and deed, to serve all people, following the example of our Lord Jesus, and to strive for justice and peace in all the earth.

Mission Action

Collecting items to create "health kits" for local shelters each month. (Christian Family Care Center, Family Resources, Women's Shelter, New Youth Shelter)

Always in need of:

• Personal Hygiene Items: shampoo, conditioners, deoderant, mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, bar soap, hairbrushes
• Baby wipes and diapers
• Household Products: paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies
• Clothing: clean, seasonal clothing

Drop items off in the lounge.
